I've worked as a consultant in the supplement industry for over 15 years. Some supplements are useful. Some just make expensive pee. I'll help you sort out which is which.
About ME
I’m Lincoln Carda, RDN, LDN, a registered dietitian since 2009 and the founder of New Habit Nutrition.I help my clients build realistic nutrition strategies for sustainable weight loss, GLP-1 support, metabolic health, performance, body composition, and long-term habit change. My approach is evidence-based, practical, and built around real life, because a plan only matters if you actually WANT to use it.Outside of work, I spend as much time as possible outdoors. Whether that's hiking, trail running, mountain biking, exploring new places, or trying new foods, I try not to take my time away from screens for granted.That is a big part of why I do this work: good nutrition should support a fuller life, not shrink everything down to rules and restriction. Also, I love food. There is so much more to being healthy than what we eat.I also consult in the supplement industry, with work focused on ingredient strategy, product positioning, and evidence-based claims.
